Day1-From Entebbe/ Kampala Transfer to lake Mburo NP

From Entebbe or Kampala, the journey to Lake Mburo National Park takes you on a scenic drive southwards, lasting approximately 3-4 hours, have a delightful stopover at the equator, where you will take in the unique experience of standing in both the northern and southern hemispheres simultaneously.

On arrival, check in at your lodge then embark on an evening walking safari. This immersive experience allows you to explore the park’s diverse terrain on foot, providing opportunities to encounter wildlife up close and appreciate the smaller details of the ecosystem.

Return to your lodge for a well-deserved dinner, and retire to your comfortable accommodation, surrounded by the serene ambiance of the park.

Day2-Transfer to Bwindi Forest NP Via Lake Bunyonyi

Embark on a scenic drive through the picturesque landscapes of the “Ugandan Swiss Alps” towards the renowned Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. 

Along the way, make a delightful stopover at the tranquil Lake Bunyonyi,  indulge in a relaxing lunch break and a captivating boat tour lasting 2-3 hours. Marvel at the serene beauty of the lake, surrounded by terraced hills and dotted with lush islands, before continuing your journey.

Upon reaching Bwindi Forest, check in at your lodge nestled within this ancient and biodiverse rainforest. 

Prepare for a restful night’s stay, immersing yourself in the unique and enchanting atmosphere of Bwindi Forest, eagerly anticipating the adventures that await in this remarkable wilderness.

Day3-Gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable forest and Batwa community Experience

Have an early breakfast then embark on an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience.

Upon arrival at the park headquarters, receive a comprehensive briefing on the rules and regulations of gorilla trekking then embark on a full-day trek through the dense and lush forest, guided by experienced trackers, The trek offers a chance to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the forest and witness its diverse flora and fauna.

Once you meet  a gorilla family, spend up to an hour in their presence, observing their behavior and capturing the moment through photography. 

After the trek, return to your lodge for lunch, relax. 

Later in the afternoon, engage in a community experience with the Batwa and Bakiga residents, gaining insight into their traditional ways of life and cultural practices.

Day4-Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

 After Breakfast transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP, a scenic journey that sets the stage for the adventures to come. 

Upon arrival in the afternoon, head for a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, witness a diverse array of wildlife congregating along the shores and in the water. 

The experience offers a unique perspective on the park’s ecosystem and is an ideal way to observe hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species in their natural habitat.

Then go on an evening game drive , providing an immersive exploration of the park’s savannah plains. 

As the sun begins to set, the landscape comes alive with wildlife activity, offering excellent opportunities to spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, and other fascinating creatures. 

After an eventful day of wildlife encounters, check in to the lodge for a night’s stay.

Day 6-Explore Murchison falls National Park.

You will begin with an early morning game drive, providing you with the opportunity to witness a diverse array of wildlife up close, including elephants, giraffes, and lions in their natural habitat. After an eventful morning, return to the lodge for a relaxing lunch and to recharge for the afternoon.

In the afternoon, set out on a boat cruise along the Nile River, offering a unique perspective of the park’s wildlife and landscapes from the water. Keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and an abundance of bird species as you glide along the river.

Head  to the top of the falls and witness the awe-inspiring sight of the Nile River forcefully surging through a narrow gorge, creating the magnificent Murchison Falls. The sheer power and beauty of this natural wonder make for an unforgettable experience.

Return to your lodge to spend your second night, surrounded by the tranquility of the park.
